How we work

From problem to working system

A practical process focused on shipping useful things, not selling deliverables. Honest at every step.

01

Understand the problem

Short, focused conversations to map what is actually broken, slow, or manual — and what success looks like in business terms.

02

Design the solution

A simple, technical proposal: what to build, what to integrate, what to leave alone — and how AI fits in only where it earns its place.

03

Build the system

Clean implementation with modern stack — Python, Next.js, TypeScript, Linux. Reviewable, maintainable, no over-engineering.

04

Automate the workflow

Wire it into the tools your team already uses — Jira, CRM, email, dashboards — so humans only touch what needs human judgment.

05

Secure & deploy

Sensible defaults, secrets handled properly, monitoring in place. Operations background means we ship things that stay up.

06

Monitor & improve

Iterate based on what real usage shows. Honest reporting, no vanity metrics, and a clear path to the next improvement.

Local-first knowledge

Markdown / Obsidian-friendly. Lives on your hardware — not forced into a vendor cloud.

Grounded AI chat

Ask questions across SOPs, runbooks, decisions and project notes — answers grounded in your own documents.

Hybrid model routing

Local models when privacy matters, managed models when capability matters — same workflow.

Codex-style workflows

Reusable prompts and agent templates: research, briefs, reports, review.

The Problem

Security teams are overwhelmed by design

Modern infrastructure is too complex for manual security operations. The tools exist - they just don't work together, prioritize intelligently, or respond in time.

Alert fatigue is killing productivity

Security alert streams often mix urgent issues with routine noise. Without context, important work gets buried until it is already late.

Signal noise

needs ranking and context

CVE feeds have no context

Published vulnerabilities without exploitation signals, asset context, or business impact scoring are just lists - not intelligence.

Raw feeds

need product and asset context

Response time is always too slow

Manual triage and escalation chains slow down action. Practical teams need ranked context before the next fix is decided.

Manual triage

slows down practical action

In development · Kevora by Pulsebotics

Kevora turns CVE noise into ranked security action.

Kevora by Pulsebotics is the cybersecurity SaaS being built for watchlist-aware vulnerability intelligence, ranked exposure, remediation guidance and client-ready reporting. ThreatPulse v1 remains the original public CVE feed prototype.

Public Vulnerability Intelligence

Kevora follows public CVE, NVD, CISA KEV, CVSS and EPSS signals so small teams can see what matters without watching every feed by hand.

Watched Product Matching

Match public vulnerability data to the software, vendors and systems a team actually cares about — not raw feed noise.

Operational Risk Ranking

Kevora Score combines severity, exploit likelihood, KEV status and operational context into ranked remediation work.

Remediation Guidance & Reports

Practical guidance, client-ready reports and MSP-friendly workflows — not another raw alert stream.

About

Built by someone who actually runs the systems

Pulsebotics is founder-led and small on purpose. Background in IT operations and application support, now building practical AI-assisted tools.

status: ● shipping early, iterating in public

Pulsebotics is a one-person company today, with deep roots in IT operations and application support— the kind of work where things break at 2am and someone has to fix them. That background shows up in everything we build: monitoring, sensible defaults, and tools that don't pretend the hard parts don't exist.

The current focus is practical AI-assisted automation, internal tools, and the two products taking shape under the Pulsebotics roof: Kevora by Pulsebotics for vulnerability intelligence and Local Brain for private, local-first knowledge systems. ThreatPulse v1 remains the original public CVE feed prototype.

Why work with Pulsebotics

Serious work, without the theatre

No fake enterprise badges. No buzzword decks. Just a small, technical team that builds practical things and tells you the truth about what they will and won't do.

Operations-first mindset

We come from running real systems — Linux, Windows, application support, monitoring. The tools we ship are built to stay up, not just to demo.

Direct founder involvement

You talk to the person actually building the thing. No layers, no account managers, no opaque hand-offs.

Honest about the stage

Pulsebotics is early-stage. We say so. What we build is real, but we will never pretend to be an enterprise we are not.

Practical AI, not hype

AI shows up only where it earns its place — local-first knowledge systems, document Q&A, automation that removes real work.
